Who Can Apply?

  • Filipino Senior Citizens (60+)
  • Persons with Disability (PWD)

What You'll Need:

  • A valid Senior Citizen or PWD ID
  • Your NUM Meals account email
  • One-time registration

Important Notes:

As mandated by the Expanded Senior Citizens Act (RA 9994) and the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability (RA 10754), qualified Filipino Senior Citizens and PWDs are entitled to a 20% discount and VAT exemption on applicable food and meal services.

  • OSCA-issued Senior Citizen ID or PWD ID must be submitted and may be verified upon delivery.
  • Misuse of this benefit — including use by unauthorized individuals such as family members, household help, or non-beneficiaries — may result in:
  1. Cancellation of the discount
  2. Account suspension or restrictions
  3. Reporting of fraudulent claims, in accordance with applicable laws
