Are NUM MEALS frozen?
No, all our meals are delivered chilled, fresh and vacuum sealed. Once you receive your meals, just store them in the refrigerator. When you're ready to eat, simply heat and enjoy!
Is freezing an option for NUM MEALS?
Yes, for most items on the menu. It's best to refrigerate the food as soon as it's delivered. Freezing is even more effective in preventing spoilage, though it will require more time to reheat. However, salads should not be frozen—they must be kept refrigerated only.
Can I reheat my NUM MEALS in the oven or on the stove?
No, our meals are in vacuum sealed containers that are not oven-safe. Heating it in the oven may cause the packaging to melt which will contaminate your food.
How do I reheat my NUM MEALS?
Our vacuum-sealed packs are microwave-safe and can also be reheated on the stove. Here’s how:
Microwave
- Poke 2–3 small holes in the sealed pack.
- Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, depending on whether the meal is refrigerated or frozen.
- Frozen meals may need more time—aim for an internal temp of 70–75°C.
- Let it rest for 30 seconds before opening.
- Do not microwave salads —transfer them to a separate container.
Stovetop
- Boil-in-Bag: Place the sealed pack in gently boiling water for 6–8 minutes, or until heated through.
- Pan Reheat: Transfer contents to a pan and warm over medium heat.
Note: Heating times may vary depending on the dish. Always ensure food is heated through properly.
How long will NUM MEALS stay fresh?
All N:M meals are freshly prepared and vacuum-sealed to lock in freshness—without added preservatives.
For best quality and safety, keep meals refrigerated and consume within 3 days of delivery. If left unrefrigerated, consume within 3 to 4 hours. Always reheat to a safe internal temperature of 70–75°C before eating.
Can I choose my meals?
We offer a fixed weekly menu, which is posted in advance so you can review it before placing your order.
When is the upcoming week’s menu posted?

Are NUM MEALS programs considered crash diets?
No. Our programs are guided by a Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian and are designed to provide balanced nutrition and proper calories—without compromising your health.
How strict are the NUM MEALS programs?
N:M promotes balance, not restriction. You can enjoy occasional treats in moderation. Just remember: frequent high-calorie meals outside the plan may affect your results.
What calorie options are offered in NUM MEALS programs?
We offer three programs: Balanced, High Protein and Heart-Friendly. Each program is with different ranges to match your lifestyle and goals:
- 1200 calories
- 1500 calories
- 1800 calories
(PLEASE NOTE THAT CALORIES MAY HAVE A VARIANCE OF +/- 100 CALS)
Why do you provide calorie ranges instead of exact numbers?
Calorie ranges are the standard in nutrition programs because exact counts are very challenging to achieve in the real kitchen settings. Most programs allow a natural variance of about ±10–15%. Our ranges (around 300 kcal) are designed to stay within this margin while keeping your meals aligned with your goals.

Are the values on your packaging the total macros for the meal?
Our menu changes daily, and the macro breakdown may vary depending on the dish.
Why list it this way?
This approach ensures precision and transparency. Since each meal is different with varying portions and combinations.
Should I work out while on a NUM MEALS program?
We highly encourage it! Just 30 minutes of movement, three times a week, can go a long way. If you’re working out regularly, we recommend a minimum of 1500 calories for women and 1800 for men to support your energy and recovery.
When can I expect to see results?
Every body is different so factors like metabolism, age, activity, and starting weight all play a role. On average, you may see a healthy weight loss of 1–2 lbs per week, especially with regular exercise .For lasting change, we suggest committing to at least 4 weeks.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to selected locations within Metro Manila. An ₱80 delivery fee will be applied per day.
How do I place an order?
To order, simply visit www.nummeals.com and order. You'll receive an email confirming your payment and rest assured your order is confirmed. All personal information provided is kept strictly confidential and used only for meal delivery purposes.
How can I modify my order?
To make changes to your order, please notify us at least 24 hours before your subscription week begins. Without prior notice, deliveries will proceed as scheduled and charges will apply.
Can I customize my meals or request specific ingredients to be added/removed?
At the moment, we do not offer meal customizations. Our meals are carefully curated and prepared in batches to maintain consistency, nutrition, and freshness across all orders.
If you have severe allergies, we advise reviewing our meal descriptions carefully or consulting your healthcare provider before ordering.

What time will my NUM MEALS be delivered?
At this moment, we only offer two delivery option:
Night Before Delivery (for next-day consumption): Delivered between 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
Same Day Delivery (for same day consumption): Delivered between 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Will my NUM MEALS still be delivered during calamities or natural disasters?
Our top priority is safety for both our team and our customers. If delivery is not possible due to extreme weather or emergencies, we’ll notify you right away.
You may choose between a meal credit or a refund—just reach out and we’ll take care of it.
How do I pay for my order?
Our payment process is fully automated. After checking out, you’ll be redirected to our secure payment portal. We accept payments via GCash and credit card. If you're not automatically redirected, simply click the "Pay Mongo Payment Portal" button after checkout.
Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted.
Do you offer any discounts or promos?
We offer a 20% discount to senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWDs).

What is your refund policy?
We understand that plans can change.
Let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll happily credit your meal for another day. For promo subscriptions: if full terms aren’t met, the regular daily rate will be deducted before processing your refund.
